2021 Video Contest on Diversity

The Korea Times and Embassy of India in Korea will host an inaugural video contest on the theme of diversity and multiculturalism. The event comes as part of India's 75 years of independence.

Applicants are required to create a short video clip of no more than 60 seconds.

You should send an application form and the footage to sjahn@koreatimes.co.kr with the subject line “Contest_NAME.”

The competition is open to undergraduate students in and out of Korea

Submissions must address one of the following themes:

  1. What does diversity mean to you? How would you personally enhance diversity in your community?
  2. Which word epitomizes diversity to you? Explain why.
  3. The future of our societies depends on diversity. Illustrate.

The submission period is from September 28, 2021, to November 14, 2021.

Winners will be announced in December.

Winners will receive a certificate and monetary prize (1,000,000 won for the Grand Prize, 500,000 won for Excellence Award, 300,000 won for Commendation Award, and 100,000 won for 10 distinguished entry prizes.
