1. Intern Position: Global Business Development Associate

  • Conduct foreign market research-based various requirements of Korean companies include desk research, competitors’ products analysis, blind interview, etc.
  • Search potential overseas buyers and partners as well as provide the necessary support, such as document translation, business meeting interpretation, and so on.
  • Develop and organize customized marketing campaigns as the Korean client request, like inviting influencers to do product reviews, SNS promotions, potential customers sample tests, etc.

Job Requirement:

  • Excellent communication skills especially in international business sales and marketing
  • Outstanding management capability, including multi-tasking, prioritization of tasks, down-to-earth, strict deadlines management
  • Quick-learning and good command of numerous market status, products, and industry
  • Familiar with telephone marketing and well know about overseas market research, strong ability in market data analysis and results in interpretation as well as presentation
  • Good command of Korean and English, the intermediate level is basically required. Other language abilities will be a great plus, e.g. Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Russian, Thai, French, and so on
  • Applicants from marketing, international trade, business administration, global commerce, and related majors will be primarily considered. Having previous working experiences is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

2. Intern Position: Education Assistant

  • Promoting KB La School Foreign Education among local foreigner communities in Korea
  • Recruiting foreign residents or students as language mentors to provide diverse tutoring services for Korean high school students, local citizens, business professionals, etc.
  • Manage mentee-mentor matching and organize regular internal training seminars on foreign language education. Student's and teachers ‘ satisfaction investigation and routine feedback or evaluation also be necessarily conducted.

Job Requirement:

  • Excellent coordination skills, smartly and effectively manage the relationship among teachers and students, but not limited to well maintain the bond with other education partners
  • Great passion for foreign language education and capable of independently delivering lectures if mentors are absent sometimes
  • Good knowledge of education practice, particularly knowing the routine of curriculum design
  • Outstanding command of Korean or English, high oral and written ability is basically required. Other language abilities will be a great plus, e.g. Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Russian, Thai, French, and so on
  • Applicants from the Korean language, Korean education, translation, English, and other related education and language majors will be primarily considered. Having previous working experiences as a teaching assistant or independent lecturer will be ideal.

3. Intern Position: Operation Assistant

  • Conduct foreign talents recruitment among Korea based on the progress of business development
  • Take care of employees' training, personal welfare, work record, employment contract, etc.
  • Internal coordination work, including cross-team communication and cooperation

Job Requirement:

  • Good negotiation and coordination skills, passionately and efficiently solve multiply problems
  • High command of Korean and English, the intermediate level is basically required. Other language abilities will be a great plus, e.g. Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Russian, Thai, French, and so on
  • Applicants from human resource management, business administration, public communication, international relationship, and related majors will be primarily considered. Having previous working experiences is preferred

4. Intern Position: Marketing Associate

  • Prepare social media marketing campaigns and strategize them so that they align with the business objectives
  • Design, create and monitor advertisements on various platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Tiktok, xiaohongshu and Bilibili
  • Research about the latest marketing strategies and excel in marketing endeavors competitively

Job Requirement:

  • Academic background: Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Fluent in English (business conservation level) and Korean (Topik 5 or above). Other language abilities will be a great plus, e.g. Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Russian, Thai, French, and so on
  • Approximate understanding of media operations such as Youtube, TikTok, search engine advertisements, etc.

Preferred

  • Experience in operating overseas e-commerce channels
  • Experience in Clothing/Cosmetic/food field in overseas market, especially in China or Asia
  • A person who has a good understanding of the overseas business environment.

5. Intern Position: Video Editor

  • Work closely with writer-producers to understand and deliver to the edit brief
  • Edit a range of videos including studio shoots, variety shows, behind the scenes footage, music videos, foreign mentor interviews, highlights, and other editorial formats to serve the goal
  • Creatively develop the channel, brainstorming new edit formats and styles to expand our social media offering
  • Assemble rushes and audio files, insert graphics, select library music, sound mix, color grade, and export them for review and upload
  • Address feedback from the team, client, talents, and workshop edit till ready for upload
  • Edit cutdowns for other social media channels, keeping in mind the creative best practices for each platform and ensuring consistency in style and visual quality
  • Collaborate with graphic and motion designers to make sure edit and visuals represent the channel, its vision, and appeal to the target audience
  • Continuously innovate to streamline workflow processes and improve efficiency, working through technical difficulties when the need arises

Job Requirement:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
  • Ability to put together an edit that is original and brings out the best of talent and title
  • Able to translate client feedback and creative direction into actionable tasks, confident in applying written/spoken feedback to edit
  • High attention to detail, organization, and visual consistency
  • A systematic approach to edit workflow while retaining a level of flexibility to accommodate curveballs
  • Passionate about content creation and finds satisfaction in serving a wide audience base
  • Working proficiency in both English and Korean, confident in editing rushes in Korean without the help of subtitles and communicating to the team and client in English or Korean

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday from 10:00 ~ 18:00 with a one-hour lunch break

Internship Period:

3 Months, the online internship also be considered based on Covid-19 condition

Important Note:

For foreign student applicants, a two-month offline internship during the 2021 winter vacation is mandatory.
