The Indonesian Embassy in Seoul will hold a Selection for Local Employee Candidates for the 2022 Fiscal Year, for Indonesian citizens domiciled in South Korea.

The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Seoul opens the opportunity to join for 1 (one) Indonesian citizen as a Local Staff.

A. REQUIREMENTS

  1. Male or Female, with a maximum age of 35 years old
  2. Minimum S1 education, especially majoring in Humanities, Social Studies, and Literature/ Language
  3. Physically and mentally healthy (complete with health information)
  4. Mastering Korean spoke and written, and passive English
  5. Have a valid Korean Driver's License (SIM) and can drive a car well, and be willing to be assigned as a driver if needed
  6. Indonesian citizen status and have an official residence permit in Korea that is still valid
  7. Mastering office programs/applications such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Canva, etc.
  8. Preference will be given to those who have work experience in Korea for at least 1 (one) year
  9. Able to work well under pressure and able to contribute positively in groups/teams
  10. Willing to be assigned outside working days/hours if needed
  11. Not in a work/school/scholarship bond with other parties when starting work at the Indonesian Embassy in Seoul
  12. Willing to follow the rules and regulations of the Indonesian Embassy in Seoul

B. REGISTRATION PROCESS

All documents related to job applications can be sent as attachments to: recruitment@kbriseoul.kr before March 4, 2022. Please write the application for the Indonesian Embassy in Seoul 2022 as the title in the email along with your name. The Indonesian Embassy in Seoul will contact applicants who pass the administrative selection to take part in the next recruitment process.

The following documents must be included when applying via email, namely:

  1. Curriculum Vitae
  2. A copy of the S1 education graduation certificate
  3. Recent photograph (within the last 6 months)
  4. A copy of the identity card issued by the Korean Immigration Office
  5. Health Certificate
  6. Copy of Korean Driver's License
  7. A statement of willingness to follow the staffing rules and regulations at the Indonesian Embassy in Seoul
  8. Other documents deemed necessary (eg certificate of foreign language proficiency, certificate of computer application expertise, etc.)

C. SALARY FACILITIES

Attractive salaries and financial facilities are provided to applicants who are accepted based on their experience and expertise.

D. SELECTION PROCESS

  1. Applicants who have passed the administrative process will be contacted by the Indonesian Embassy in Seoul on March 8, 2022, for the next recruitment process, namely written exams and interviews.
  2. Applicants who are declared to have passed all the selection stages will be appointed as local employees of the Indonesian Embassy in Seoul immediately after obtaining approval from the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  3. The Indonesian Embassy in Seoul has the right to determine the number of participants for the selection of local employees, delay or cancel the selection process, or other things that are not stated in this announcement.
  4. The final decision in this selection becomes the right of the Indonesian Embassy in Seoul and cannot be contested.
  5. Personal data sent to the Indonesian Embassy in Seoul will only be used for the selection process and will not be disseminated.
