- Applicants must be attending secondary school in Hong Kong
- NO restriction on nationality

- Junior Secondary (S1-3)

Application Methods
- Submit ① application form* ② participating work to the Reception (6/F) of the Korean Cultural Center; OR
- Mail ① application form ② participating work to the Korean Cultural Center (with the subject line [Apply for Drawing Competition] on the envelope)
*School teachers may collect students’ works and hand in all at once

- Interpretation of the theme (25%)
- Well use of techniques (25%)
- Overall appearance and Artistic composition (25%)
- Creativity and Originality (25%)
Work Requirements
- A3 size (420 x 297mm)
- Must be created in a flat manner, no limit to the verticality
- Computer graphics are not accepted

- Applicants confirm that all works submitted are original and will be created entirely themselves. Applicants also confirm that their designs have not yet been seen in public. Applicants understand that the Korean Cultural Center in Hong Kong will assume no liability for the work they have submitted, accusations of plagiarism, copyright issues, or any intellectual property rights issues related to the entries and work submitted by any third party. The applicants take sole responsibility. Applicants understand that in this case their admission to the competition shall be terminated and any winning titles will be revoked.
- The Korean Cultural Center in Hong Kong is NOT responsible for the loss or damage to the participating work(s) in transit.
- The number of winners and awards is subject to change according to the number of entries in each category. The decisions of the judges shall be final. Objection and appeal will not be accepted.
- Applicants consents to the use of participating work for non-profit making purposes including but not limited to online and offline promotion activities, exhibitions, production, and distribution by the Korean Cultural Center in Hong Kong.
- The Korean Cultural Center in Hong Kong reserves the right to limit, refuse or withdraw any applicant at any stage of the competition if they are found to have violated any of the terms and conditions listed herein.
- Applicants’ personal information will be used solely for the purposes of the competition unless otherwise agreed in advance with the applicant.
- The Korean Cultural Center in Hong Kong reserves the right to change the content, terms, and conditions of the competition. In the case of any disputes, the Korean Cultural Center in Hong Kong reserves the right to the final decision.
